Refund & Cancellation Policy

We offer a 30-day return and refund policy, starting from the day you receive your order.


When You Can Request a Refund

You may request a refund if:

  • The perfume is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

  • The request is made within 30 days of receiving your order

  • The item is damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos)

Once approved, a courier will be arranged to pick up the returned item from your address.


When Refunds Are Not Accepted

Refund requests will not be accepted if:

  • The perfume has been opened, used, or tested (no exceptions)

  • The request is made after 30 days from receiving the order

  • The item is a sale or discounted product

  • The item is a gift card

  • The item is returned without prior approval


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will follow the return policy above


How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at essentaeg@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

If your return request is approved:

  • We will arrange a courier to pick up the item directly from your address

  • You will receive confirmation and pickup instructions via email

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Refund Processing Time

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund
